Consultant Opportunity: Communication Consultant
Organization: Sekakoh
Location: Cameroon
Duration: Estimated 30 days (1 month), including two visits to Sekakoh’s office

Context and Justification:
Sekakoh is a Cameroonian nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental conservation operating across four regions (Centre, North, Northwest, Littoral). We are seeking an experienced communication consultant to develop a comprehensive and effective communication plan. This plan aims to:
Increase visibility of our organization and actions
Raise public awareness about environmental issues
Mobilize community support
Recruit new members and volunteers
Raise funds for our projects
Mission Objectives:
The consultant will be tasked with:
Conducting a communication audit of the organization in consultation with management.
Elaborately a complete, detailed and up to date communication plan for Sekakoh
Expected Deliverables:
Upon completion of the mission, Sekakoh expects to have a comprehensive and effective communication plan that meets its communication objectives.
Consultant Profile:
The communication expert should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication
In-depth knowledge of environmental issues
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities
Adaptability and autonomy
Mission Duration and Workflow:
Estimated duration: 30 days (1 month)
Two visits to Sekakoh’s office:
The first visit to gather necessary information for the task
The second visit including a 2-day presentation of the comprehensive communication plan to Sekakoh’s team for validation
